WWE Elimination Chamber 2022 odds, predictions, betting trends for men's match - Sporting News

Before WrestleMania 38, WWE will make a pitstop in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for its Elimination Chamber event. Taking place inside the Jeddah Super Dome, WWE will put on the seventh event in Saudi Arabia thanks to a partnership with the Saudi government.

One of the key matches heading into the event is the Elimination Chamber match. Six men will enter the chamber, with four of them locked in a pod. Two men will start the match and after a few moments, someone will come out of a pod. Only one can come out the winner. It is considered one of the most dangerous matches in WWE history.

Bobby Lashley will be putting the WWE Title on the line against Brock Lesnar, Seth Rollins, Riddle, AJ Styles, and Austin Theory. Who will walk out of the Elimination Chamber match one step closer to potentially main eventing WrestleMania?

WWE Elimination Chamber 2022 odds for the men’s Elimination Chamber match

According to the latest from BetOnline, Royal Rumble winner Brock Lesnar is the -105 favorite to win the match. That would mean a $105 wager will result in about a $100 profit. Bobby Lashley, the WWE Champion, is the +150 underdog, meaning a $150 wager will result in a $225 profit. The closest odds after that is Seth Rollins at +250. That means a $250 wager will result in a $625 profit.

Following those three, AJ Styles is +600, and Riddle is +700. The most unlikely winner is Austin Theory at +2500.

Roman Reigns is the -1300 favorite against Goldberg (+575) in a match for the Universal Championship. Based on recent history, the outcome of Reigns winning followed by him staring down Lesnar if he wins is inevitable.

Men’s WWE Elimination Chamber 2022 prediction

At this moment, the most obvious choice to win the Elimination Chamber match is Brock Lesnar. After winning the Royal Rumble, the former WWE Champion wants to avenge the loss he suffered against Bobby Lashley at the Royal Rumble. Who was there to help Lashley win the title? Roman Reigns. Lesnar has been on a roll lately, becoming a true face and fan favorite.

One thing to keep an eye on is the unpredictability factor of WWE. As of now, we are a few weeks away until WrestleMania, and plans continue to change. Shane McMahon was supposed to be in this match, with Austin Theory replacing him. Even though Theory is the +2500 underdog, his current story with Vince McMahon could help his cause when it comes to getting a major push.

There are also reports that Riddle (+700) could feud with tag team partner Randy Orton. Fighting for a title would be a pretty great reason for those two to clash. AJ Styles (+600) winning would be out of the box, but so would Seth Rollins (+250), who recently had a championship match at the Royal Rumble.

WWE can spice things up by having Lashley (+150) retain the title. What would he be doing after? Who is a worthy challenger for the title at WrestleMania? Would WWE have Lesnar get pinned in back-to-back pay-per-view matches? As a result of these questions, it is safe to say that Lesnar as the favorite makes the most sense. It is almost too perfect of a pick. When it comes to WWE’s booking, always expect the unexpected. In this case, however, Lesnar is the safe option.

Sporting News prediction: Brock Lesnar (-105)
