2022 Orientation Camp presented by Match Eatery – Sarnia Sting - Sarnia Sting

The Sarnia Sting will welcome the 2022 Draft Class to Sarnia for Orientation Camp presented by Match Eatery Point Edward. May 20th  & 21st, 2022.

This will be the young prospects first look at the facility and will include a series of fitness testing, breakout sessions and tutorials that set the expectations of being a part of the Ontario Hockey League and a member of the Sarnia Sting. Players will report Friday evening for registration and fitness testing, followed by a two hour on-ice session Saturday Morning at Progressive Auto Sales Arena from 10am-12pm.

The on-ice portion of the Orientation Camp is open to the public.

While getting a first look at the new crop of Sting talent, fans can browse the end of season equipment and clearance sale. The sale will be held in the rink side restaurant as well as the Honeypot Souvenirs’ and Collections located within Progressive Auto Sales Arena from 10am- 2pm.

Saturday, May 21, 2022 – Events open to the public 

10am- 12pm: Draft Class On ice session- open to public on Rink 1 of Progressive Auto Sales Arena.
10am- 2pm– Sting Equipment & clearance sale: Rink side Restaurant & in the Honeypot at Progressive Auto Sales Arena.
2pm- 3:30pm– Awards & Draft Class reception- Match Eatery & Public House Point Edward.
